Rebel Wilsons Directorial Debut The Deb Books Toronto World Premiere After Producers Filed Lawsuit Against Her
Rebel Wilson's directorial debut just booked its world premiere. On Tuesday, July 16, the Toronto International Film Festival announced that The Deb, which Wilson, 44, directed, cowrote and stars in, will close the 2024 edition of the festival on Sunday, Sept. 15. "Beyond grateful that THE DEB will be shared with audiences in Toronto this September!" Wilson wrote in an Instagram post shortly after the announcement on Tuesday. The actor and filmmaker shared five images from the upcoming film to social media in her post, showing a first glimpse at her upcoming musical.
