Trump says Greenland will 'benefit' being part of the U.S. and says its people are 'MAGA'
President-elect Donald Trump doubled down on his plot to buy Greenland in a Truth Social post Monday night. 'I am hearing that the people of Greenland are "MAGA,"' Trump claimed. He confirmed that his son, Donald Trump Jr., and others from the U.S. would be traveling to the island 'to visit some of the most magnificent areas and sights.' 'Greenland is an incredible place, and the people will benefit tremendously if, and when, it becomes part of our Nation,' Trump said.
