The Cannes 2025 red carpet looks a little different this year. The premier French film festival is back, and the dress code (for the nightly gala screeningsâ€"not, like, the entire town) got an update: no more nudity (ah, Bella Hadid in 2024, you will ne’er be forgotten). The organizers are also doing away with voluminous gowns that take forever to pose and photograph. Thus spake the French: No time for spats!
