Authorities rescued 10 elderly men and women and shut down a retirement home in San Luis Potosi, Mexico on Thursday following leaked videos that unmasked the abuse of at least three seniors. The disturbing footage – which went viral on social media Wednesday – showed a female worker at the Santa Sofia Retirement facility approaching an elderly woman and choking her. A second chilling video showed one of the owners, Águeda Rodríguez, walking over to an elderly couple sitting on a couch and climbing on top of a woman before she squeezed her neck for about 12 seconds.
