Newly surfaced surveillance footage captures the chilling moment a notoriously aggressive Tesla driver allegedly targeted a mother and daughter in another road-rage outburst, just months after being released from prison. Nathaniel Radimak, 39, was arrested Thursday after allegedly speeding past an 18-year-old driver in Honolulu, Hawaii, and punching her in the face before turning on her mother, according to KITV. The video shows Radimak making a U-turn before confronting the pair.
