Nearly 18,000 ice cream tubs sold nationwide are being recalled over fears they could pose a choking hazard. Wells Enterprises — which makes popular brands like Blue Bunny and Halo Top — issued the recall after it was revealed some tubs contained shards of plastic. The recall is for three-gallon ice cream tubs sold to restaurants, cafeterias and other businesses that offer ice cream on their menus. They were not sold in grocery stores.
