Chancellor urged to scrap VAT on heating bills to give Brits a warmer winter

THE Chancellor has been urged to give everyone a winter warmer in his Budget by scrapping VAT on domestic heating bills. Millions are feeling the pinch as rising inflation and energy costs stretch the family finances.
